Rest & Sleep
Developing routines and sensory strategies to support sleep and rest. This includes strategies to avoid or recover from autistic burnout.
Work & School
I offer problem-solving regarding overwhelm at work or school. For instance, it’s common for autistic folks to face burnout after a series of retail jobs. I can help you identify alternate work settings that match your executive functioning abilities and sensory limitations. The structure of these sessions will be different from sessions focused on household tasks.
Some people with extensive workplace support needs may benefit from services with other professionals as well, including job coaches and providers from the Department of Vocational Rehabilitation. We can assess whether I can meet your workplace support needs.
